Instagram Windows 10 app was only available on Windows mobile. Yesterday, Thursday, the app was updated and is now available for download from the Windows App Store.

The app can now work on Windows 10 PC’s and tablets. It has its own Live Tile that shows you new photos and notifications right from your home screen. All the features available on the mobile app are also available. You can post and edit photos, get notifications, chat via Instagram Direct, use Stories, Search, Explore, Profile and Feed.

The app will however require a touchscreen and a rear-facing camera. But according to Venture Beat if all you want to do is browse Instagram on your Windows 10 computer or tablet, there’s now an app for that.
